Winter fact – you will definitely warm up inside – the cave holds the constant temperature of 12°C all year round.
In December the cave is extra magically decorated, between Christmas and New Year’s you can even see the live Christmas Crib show that extends for the entire length of the visit. But if you miss it, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with the private concert in this acoustic wander of the world.
Day 3
LJUBLJANA
Ljubljana is a small capital of Slovenia. It is completely safe, centrally located and charming. During the private visit you’ll get to know all the historically important and fun facts about the city. But the true winter spirit of the town lies along the cobble streets and the river of the old town that are full of small restaurants and cafes. Here, during the winter time, they serve the typical mulled wine that you really can’t miss.
Even more, in December, Christmas lights and a typical Christmas market light up the streets. You will sleep in the best boutique hotel of the old city center so you can really experience the best the town has to offer.

In case you feel sporty in this region there are plenty of possibilities to try yourself out in many different winter sports. There are several ski resorts but you can try some of the more unique experiences like winter mountaineering, ice climbing, ski touring outside of the ski resorts from the mountain peaks. In this case, you can, of course prolong your stay in this region for as long as you want. And even more, you can also do this part in the nearby Italy or Austria, if you prefer.
Day 5
LJUBLJANA – SLOVENIAN SPA
Slovenia is a spa destination, it has 15 certified natural health resorts. All these different resorts are very specific. Some of them are perfect for families, others for couples. Some are specialized in medical tourism, others offer you wellness and relaxing retreats. We can (and will) help you pick the best one.
Slovenian spas are too small to have a worldwide reputation – but trust us, the quality of water and service is outstanding. Slovenian healing waters were known already way in the past, used by different nobles throughout history. Depending on the chosen programme you can stay here for as long as you’d like.
