Day 1-2
AIRPORT – ZAGREB
Visit of Croatian capital city of Zagreb. You will start your food tour in Croatia with a special dinner in a Michelin star restaurant.
Day 3
ZAGREB – PULA – ISTRIA
Visit of one of the oldest cities in Croatia, Pula with the famous Roman amphitheatre, the third biggest still standing in the world, where you’ll be able to enjoy a unique concert experience with dinner. Sleeping in the Istrian interior in a typical luxurious villa. Malvasía wine is produced here and the region is famous for truffle festivals.
Day 4-5
INNER PART OF CROATIAN ISTRIA
You will get to know one of the richest gastronomical areas. The views of Motovun will take you to medieval times when this city was an important economic and political center. The medieval city of Grožnjan, the city of artists and music, is surrounded by olive groves and terraced vineyards and offers a view of about twenty surrounding Istrian villages, the Mirna river valley and the seaside.
There will be many possibilities to experience typical Istrian dishes in unique agriturisms recommended by Michelin guide, Croatia. You will also be able to experience the truffle search, wine harvest and tastings or olive picking.
Day 6
ISTRIA – PLITVICE NATIONAL PARK – ZADAR
Departure to Plitvice National Park, declared a universal heritage by UNESCO. The park stands out because of its spectacular beauty of lakes, waterfalls and channels that disappear and come back to life. You will enjoy the phenomenal aquatic walking along the paths and return to the starting point in a private boat.
Day 7-8
ZADAR – SPLIT
The urban plot of the old city of Zadar dates back to the Roman era, when it was fortified and its walls, towers and entrance doors were built, although the current form comes from the Middle Ages. After a delicious lunch in a Michelin recommended restaurant, Croatia, you will continue to Split. You will meet a local guide in the historic centre protected by UNESCO.
Day 9-10
SPLIT – DUBROVNIK
Along the way, you will stop in the picturesque village of Ston to taste fresh oysters, seafood and local wine. It is the oysters of Mali Ston Bay where seafood is raised in the cleanest and clearest waters in the world. In the afternoon arrival to Dubrovnik and visit of Mount Srd, over the city of Dubrovnik to enjoy the views over the old town and the Elafite Islands. Accommodation and dinner in a 5* hotel in the exclusive historic center of Dubrovnik.
Day 11-12
DUBROVNIK – AIRPORT
Dubrovnik, a purely Mediterranean city with Byzantine strokes and Slavic flavor is considered one of the most beautiful walled cities in the world, also known as the “pearl of the Adriatic”. Afternoon free for exploring the city and shopping. Dinner in a Michelin star restaurant in Dubrovnik.
